We started in hospice care to improve service delivery in our small Oklahoma town.

Meet the Team
Ryan
is the CEO of Refuge Care, an experienced nurse with a focus on hospice care and geriatrics. With years of service as a VP in hospice agencies, Ryan‘s passion lies in providing top-notch care to terminally ill patients. When the chance to redefine hospice care came, he saw it as his calling from God.
Stephen
the CFO of Refuge Care, started his career as a social worker in Oklahoma. With a passion for helping people, he now combines his finance degree with his love for enhancing lives. Stephen prioritizes the needs of patients and families above everything else, making sure our services are top-notch even when others compromise.
Jessica
our COO at Refuge Care, is a licensed nursing home and assisted living administrator. With over 15 years of experience in long-term care, she‘s dedicated to improving health outcomes for seniors. She advises providers and lawmakers, ensuring top-quality care for vulnerable populations.
